RMA DISCLAIMER

All returned parts must be accompanied by a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA) form. Returns without the appropriate RMA documentation may be refused and returned to sender. All returned items must exactly match the information provided in this form. Any discrepancies may result in the items being rejected and returned to the sender at customer expense.
Customers will be required to place an RMA Purchase Order (PO) when returning products under an RMA (Return Material Authorization). The PO should reference the RMA number and include details such as quantity, part numbers, and reason for return.
Any items returned without an open RMA PO will be returned at customer’s expense.
If return is related to a feed thru repair, the customer should be aware that feed thru repairs are VERY complex and the risk of damaging the unit beyond repair is a HIGH RISK. Q Microwave will require a repair fee for ALL feed thru repairs which will be payable regardless of seller’s ability to repair unit (repair fee to be determined at time of request). Q Microwave will not be held responsible for any damage made to units in the process of feed thru rework.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning RMA units to Q Microwave.
- If the items are covered under warranty, Q Microwave will cover the cost of return shipping back to the customer after evaluation/rework. Standard shipping method for all outbound shipments is ground service. If expedited shipping (e.g., 2-day or overnight) is required, customer must provide a valid carrier account number at the time of RMA request on RMA PO.
- If the items are no longer under warranty, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges – both to and from Q Microwave.
RMA number will remain valid for 30 calendar days from date of issuance (60 calendar days for international customers). RMAs received more than 30 (60) calendar days after RMA number issuance will be rejected and returned at the customer’s expense. RMAs will be accepted if tracking information is provided to Q Microwave within the 30 (60) day validity period.
Any items returned without an authorized Q Microwave RMA number will be rejected and returned to the customer at customer’s expense.
If no failure is found, or if the failure is determined to be due to customer misuse or error, (incorrect installation, environmental misapplication, mechanical damage, electrical abuse, unauthorized modifications), the customer will be responsible for an engineering and/or production evaluation fee, regardless of the products warranty status. (This fee is subject to change at the discretion of Q Microwave.)
Q Microwave will evaluate RMA’s and provide customer with next steps and an estimated timeframe for rework or return within 10 business days of receipt of RMA.
